Shoji Door Assembly Procedure

It is recommended that the corner box be test-fitted before applying finishes, to ensure correct assembly.

1) Begin by laying out the pieces to make assembly easier.

2) Using glue, attach the 'U'-shaped trim pieces to both sides of the wall. The trim should overhang the opening slightly on the sides. Allow glue to dry.

3) Insert the two door pieces into place.

4) Glue the upper trim pieces to both sides of the wall above the doors.

Helpful Hints

• Painters tape can be used to temporarily hold pieces in place.

• Wood glue or white (Elmer's) glue works well for securing the pieces during final assembly.
